Quotation Specialist

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to review project specifications and define pricing requirements
• Ensure customer account and billing information is accurate and up to date
• Prepare and issue detailed quotes based on product knowledge and customer specifications
• Clarify pricing components and address inquiries from internal stakeholders as needed
• Gather and verify all necessary information to finalize pricing documentation
• Monitor and track open quotes, following up to ensure timely resolution and improvements in the quoting process
• Provide attentive customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns in line with established procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of pricing processes

• Minimum of two years' experience in roles such as inside sales, operations support, or financial services
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent organizational capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in standard office software and business systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and occasional evening or weekend schedules
• High school diploma required
• post-secondary education is a plus

Experience in a creative or production-focused industry is preferred
