Quantity Surveyor

• Scoping and pricing voids
• Ensuring value for money for clients
• Maintaining commercial control across facilities and projects
• Working closely with operational and site teams, the business, and supply chain partners
• Commercial reporting and cost modelling
• Risk management and change control
• Supporting dispute resolution
• Mentoring others across the business

• Commercial experience in construction, property maintenance or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of pricing frameworks, cost control, and financial analysis
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
• Experience in a military/MOD or social housing environment, reactive PPM (nice to have)
• Ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with stakeholders at every level
• Confidence, proactivity, and readiness to lead by example
• Sharp eye for detail, strong ethical compass, and a passion for problem-solving
