Job Description:

A forward-thinking, independent Project and Cost Consultancy, based in the heart of London, are looking for a bright and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to become part of a dynamic, well-established consultancy of approximately 35 professionals, including 8 highly experienced and long-standing Directors. The team offers a rich blend of expertise, fostering a supportive environment ideal for both professional and personal growth.

Job Responsibility:

Work across a range of student accommodation and commercial projects
Additional involvement in residential schemes
Opportunities to diversify into sectors such as life sciences, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and leisure

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Ideally MRICS, or actively working towards
UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
Experience across the commercial and education sectors is beneficial
Strong pre and post contract experience
