Job Description:

The role involves delivering projects across government estates, commercial offices, heritage refurbishments, and major residential schemes. It offers excellent support towards Chartership (MRICS), structured progression opportunities, and flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Delivering projects across government estates, commercial offices, heritage refurbishments, and major residential schemes

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Good Pre and Post Contract experience
Public sector experience / the desire to work in this area
Ideally MRICS (but not essential)
Strong communication & client facing skills
