Job Description:

Wissen Technology is hiring a skilled Quantexa Developer / Contextual Analytics Engineer to join our Financial Crime Technology team. You will be a key contributor in implementing, customizing, and optimizing the Quantexa Contextual Decision Intelligence (CDI) platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and deploy data ingestion pipelines for the Quantexa platform using internal and external data sources
  • Configure and tune the Entity Resolution engine to create unified views of customers and counterparties
  • Develop contextual monitoring scenarios and analytics models for detecting financial crimes
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure quality and timely data feeds
  • Optimize data models for network analysis and graph-based analytics
  • Customize platform components to support automated investigations and workflows
  • Integrate Quantexa APIs with downstream case management and reporting systems
  • Analyze detection scenario performance and reduce false positives
  • Translate financial crime typologies into detection logic
  • Maintain documentation for data flows, entity resolution, and scenario configurations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Quantexa CDI platform
  • Proven experience configuring Entity Resolution rules and using Entity Lab
  • Strong technical skills in: Scala and/or Java, Python, SQL (mandatory), Spark and big data technologies, Unix/Linux command line
  • Solid understanding of AML/CFT concepts and compliance regulations
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services domain
  • Work Experience Min 5
  • Work Experience Max 6

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating Quantexa with cloud platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse
  • Knowledge of graph theory and network analysis
  • Familiarity with AML investigation processes and case management systems
  • Experience in large global financial institutions
