This is an opportunity to join a specialized Belgian company focused on steel mould making and CNC machining. As a Quality Control Operator, you play a key role in safeguarding the exceptional finishing and precision standards of our technical components. You are the critical checker, primarily reading technical drawings and using measuring tools to ensure all finished products adhere strictly to required specifications. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform the quality function duties, primarily reading a technical drawing and conducting quality control
  • Control the quality of finished products against required specifications and high standards
  • Check component dimensions, form, and finish using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers)
  • Communicate inspection results to the production team for timely adjustments in case of deviations
  • Handle necessary administrative tasks, including accurate documentation of results and quality data in the ERP system
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of process control methods to guarantee consistent product quality throughout the full production cycle

Requirements:

  • Essential insight into reading technical drawings (including form and position tolerances)
  • Strong technical mindset and comfort working in a production environment
  • Background as a CNC Machine Operator or similar is highly welcome
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and be proactive
  • Team player with a practical, hands-on mentality
  • Basic computer skills (email, working with an ERP system)
  • Proficient in English
