Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced leader for Quality Conformance Manager within Quality Production in Combat (TAOQOC5). The ideal candidate will be skilled and with sound knowledge in Quality and a deep understanding of the Aerospace industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guarantee the conformity of a product/ service to the requirements specified by our customers, and support On Quality, On Time and On Cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty
  • Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/ facilitating improvements to increase: Process performance and product adherence to standards
  • Reliability of processes
  • Repeatability of processes
  • Deliver quality improvement, preventive and corrective strategy, plans and actions (CnQ, Q plan, control plan, audit & operational surveillance plan…)
  • Ensure all products, assemblies, and processes meet the applicable aerospace standards
  • Conduct internal audits and Operational surveillance to ensure conformity to Quality Management Systems requirements and production
  • Ensure adherence to Quality processes and standards
  • Support external audits from regulatory agencies, and certification bodies
  • Present risk analysis and mitigation strategies in line with continuous improvement plans and implementation reports
  • Lead investigations into non-conforming material, quality escapes, and production discrepancies
  • Manage Root Cause and Corrective and Preventive Action

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline
  • At least 1-2 year in Aerospace industry
  • High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode
  • Spanish and English mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and Quality control standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (PPS, 5Whys, 8D) with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with Quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with regulators, customers, and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience with aerospace Quality standards (ISO 9100)
  • German is a plus
  • experience as an intern at Airbus would be highly valued
  • Airbus Internship will be a plus
