Job Responsibility:
Craft and coordinate high-impact weekly reports and management briefings
Design and execute internal communication strategies to promote a "Quality First" culture across the company
Organize global team events and workshops to foster engagement and alignment
Leverage the Skywise platform to extract, transform, and visualize data
Develop small-scale programming solutions or dashboards to automate reporting and provide real-time insights into quality KPIs
Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for the management team
Take the lead on cross-functional problem-solving projects, as assigned
Apply structured methodologies (such as 8D, 9S, and FMEA) to identify root causes and implement robust preventive actions
Support the team in maintaining and improving quality standards across logistics and material services
Requirements:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
1-3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, communication or quality management (apprenticeships and internships included)
Proficiency in data analysis and a keen interest in programming
Familiarity with Quality tools (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa) is highly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional languages (e.g. French, German) are considered a plus
