Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and implementation of project-specific Quality Assurance procedures and documentation
  • Monitor the QA program across all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and project specifications
  • Coordinate and supervise QA/QC personnel on-site and liaise with project managers, engineering teams, and client representatives
  • Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality records
  • Ensure effective non-conformance reporting (NCR), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
  • Participate in regular audits and quality reviews
  • prepare and submit quality reports
  • Provide guidance and training to site teams on QA requirements and procedures
  • Maintain communication with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure quality compliance of materials and workmanship

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of quality experience in construction or industrial projects
  • Experience in cleanroom, high-tech manufacturing, or semiconductor facility construction is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and related quality standards
  • Proven leadership in QA/QC teams and ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as: Lead Auditor (ISO 9001), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) – ASQ or equivalent, QA/QC Certification (e.g., TÜV, BSI, or industry-recognised QA programs) is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Eligible to work in Germany
