SpotOn is on the lookout for a skilled Enterprise Transformation Quote-to-Cash Systems Analyst to join our team. As an Enterprise Transformation Quote-to-Cash Systems Analyst, you will support the business systems needs (including Salesforce, Integrations, Hub, and NetSuite and future applications), collaborate with SpotOn's user community and leadership to identify and document stories related to processes needing improvement or enhancement requests in our ongoing efforts to enhance end-to-end operational processes within and across teams. The perfect candidate will be meticulous, possess excellent follow-up skills, and excel in coordination to ensure the precision of desired outcomes. The Quote-to-Cash Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in developing new team members, investigating/reporting issues, and working with stakeholders to document and develop enhancements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with diverse teams, demonstrate excellent leadership and domain expertise, great communication skills, and a desire for continual improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports the business via Jira tickets in investigating, resolving, and escalating (when necessary) Salesforce issues and errors.
  • Collection of requirements, bug details, and documentation.
  • Configure and Enhance our Quote and Proposal capabilities using DealHub
  • Work with Stakeholders to document user stories as they apply deliverables to requests for fixes or enhancements within SpotOn’s end-to-end processes.
  • Maintain a highly available Quote/Proposal process for our 600+ AE team using DealHub and Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of how to map business processes within our back-office systems while being able to explain technical elements to non-technical personnel, verbally and in writing.
  • Researches, documents, and completes requirements for SFE JIRA projects.
  • Manages UAT in QA for each release and documents acceptance/feedback to ensure successful deployments for SFDC and DealHub processes.
  • When given a task, consider all relevant stakeholders and the processes leading to and from the requested changes. Weekly status communications to the Project Manager for broader team communication
  • Ability to convey knowledge of DealHub and Salesforce and how it can apply to the solution–guided requirements development and stakeholder education
  • Create end-user training content and collaborate with Enablement for deliverable development and collaboration on Sales and CRM (SFDC) processes.
  • Works with Business Specialists to develop skills in story writing, requirements refinement, along with overall process and technology knowledge expansion.
  • Work closely with the other Business Analysts, Development and Stakeholders to deliver requested solutions on time
  • Develop and evolve best practices for requirements collection – When is cross-functional input needed vs. individual teams?
  • Broad consistent communication of priorities and progress across the business: inflight, up next, and roadmaps
  • Develop the trust of the power users within SpotOn

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Consulting or Dealhub/Salesforce Administrative related position
