Role Overview: Position: QPC Head. Location: Calderys India Refractories Ltd ,Plot No. 8,9,609-611 & 614 ,Village : Bhuinpur, Tehsil : Begunia ,Dist : Khurda, Odisha 752062 . Budget: 20+ LPA.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing quality assurance for raw materials, in-process checks, and finished products
  • Conducting root cause analysis to reduce quality complaints and implementing corrective actions
  • Supervising the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • Training and mentoring the QA/QC teams to upgrade technical knowledge
  • Conducting vendor audits and qualifying raw material suppliers

Requirements:

  • B.Tech or M.Tech in Ceramic Technology/Engineering from a reputed Ceramic Institute
  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience in a QA & QC role within a reputed Refractory industry
  • Strong experience in Refractory Monolithics or the brick industry is highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of refractory testing, mineralogy, crystallography, and phase diagrams
  • Expertise in implementing ISO, BIS, ASTM, DIN, EN, and API standards
