As a Project Manager in our Qmlativ Migrations department, you will be responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and completion of projects between our current SMS software clients that are transitioning to our Qmlativ software. You will apply professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead implementation teams to ensure that our current customers are satisfied.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
Assign tasks to appropriate team members and ensure alignment across units
Make informed decisions to keep projects on track
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and goals
Identify and mitigate project risks
