We are seeking a skilled Qlik Admin to support, manage, and optimise Qlik Sense environments across multiple systems. The individual will be responsible for installation, configuration, administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of Qlik platforms while ensuring secure user and role management. This role involves collaborating with development teams, supporting complex technical landscapes, and contributing to operational excellence within the GROUP_BI function. Exposure to cloud‑based infrastructure platforms such as GCP or AWS is preferred, along with expertise in Windows environments.
Job Responsibility:
Install, configure, and upgrade Qlik Sense server software and related components
Administer and operate Qlik Sense across multiple environments
Manage Qlik Sense security, including user and role creation, privilege assignments, and governance
Perform administrative tasks in Qlik Management Console (QMC), such as app deployments, data connection creation, and custom property configuration
Monitor Qlik server performance and troubleshoot performance‑related concerns
Provide technical troubleshooting support for Qlik administration issues
Collaborate with development teams to offer technical consultancy and environment‑related guidance
Work with cloud‑based infrastructure components on platforms such as GCP or AWS (hands‑on experience preferred)
Contribute to improvements in processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and stability
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical consultancy, project management, or operations within Qlik Sense environments
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively within geographically dispersed and multicultural teams
Comfortable operating within a matrix organisation structure
Hands‑on experience in Qlik Sense administration
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Understanding of cloud technologies such as GCP or AWS
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to respond promptly to issues, highlight risks proactively, and drive resolution
Process improvement mindset and capability to work with complex system landscapes
Nice to have:
Certifications in Qlik Sense, GCP, or AWS
Exposure to Windows administration in enterprise environments
ITIL knowledge and experience (preferably version 4)
