Job Responsibility

Gather, analyse and report QESH/ESG data to support key performance indicators (KPIs) across: Environment & Energy: greenhouse gas emissions, SECR, packaging waste EPR, battery sales and returns, waste, water use, energy consumption, business travel, downstream customer impacts and upstream supplier impacts
Quality: delivery defect reports (DDRs), engineer service defects, warehouse picking errors, courier errors, customer complaints and survey results
Fleet Management: vehicle inspection completion rates, training compliance, driving style performance, van weights, travel distances and times, engine idling and emissions
Health & Safety: accident and incident rates, near-misses, safety observations and occupational health data
Undertake research to identify and propose improvement opportunities
Develop robust business cases using QESH/ESG data to support capital expenditure (CapEx) and continual improvement projects
Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of strategic QESH initiatives, progressing toward autonomous project management
Verify effectiveness of improvement projects and drive corrective actions
Identify and progress continual improvement initiatives
Maintain QESH software systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability, including acting as document controller
