Job Responsibility:

  • Good Manufacturing Practices and compliant with legislation
  • Supervising quality procedures and training
  • Carrying out day to day quality control duties including testing schedules, taste panels, managing the release of raw materials and finished products
  • Stock management and KPI reporting
  • Calibration checks, investigations and data recording
  • Support with complaints and corrective actions where necessary
  • Continue to drive high standard within the quality team, hygiene, continuous improvement and house keeping

Requirements:

  • Experienced hands on QA Technologist
  • Self-motivated individual with good communication skills
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Preferred experience within UK Food Manufacturing and Food
  • Supervisory or Team Leader experience required
  • HACCP/QMS/BRC desirable
