QA/QC Supervisor

• Perform all daily inspections and tests
• Carries out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures
• Identifies and Issues Non-Conformity Reports
• Coordinates with customer representatives and technical supervision for inspections
• Takes care of QA/QC documents of the entire project
• Verifies subcontractor compliance to quality procedures
• Monitors the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system
• Recommends and implements improvements when required
• Produces acts of intermediate/hidden/completed works
• Distributes relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
• Ensures all technical documents relative to site quality control are updated

• Bachelor in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or any other related engineering field
• Previous experience in Site Quality engineering is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in English and Bulgarian is preferred
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
