Technical diploma or certification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
3+ years of QA/QC inspection experience, ideally within semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial construction
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ITPs, material approvals, and QA/QC documentation standards
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and identify issues early
Fluent in English
Must be eligible to work and be available on-site in Dresden, Germany for the project duration

Job Responsibility

Perform daily inspections on site to monitor construction activities and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Support the QA/QC Engineer in the implementation of quality plans, checklists, and procedures
Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with the required standards and certifications
Witness and document testing activities for concrete, steel, HVAC, piping, and electrical systems
Identify and report non-conformances, assist in root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions
Maintain accurate and timely QA/QC records, including inspection reports, NCRs, and quality logs
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper quality control documentation
Support final inspections and contribute to handover packages and close-out documentation

Job Responsibility

To ensure the implementation of all the Quality/HSE procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities, together with the other members of Quality/HSE teams
To support the Construction Material Controller in checking the Supplier’s material prior to the start of works
To address Subcontractor activities for his/her own discipline, ensuring that Plant Construction works are performed according to the applicable engineering specification, site procedures and Site Inspection Plan according to Quality & Safety procedures, as well as according to the terms and conditions of the subcontract
To check that the manpower employed by the Subcontractor continuously respect the requirements of applicable procedures and the Quality level fixed by the same
To check that the equipment employed by the Subcontractor are adequate and calibrated as required according to applicable procedures and to the Quality level fixed by the same
To check that the works performed by the Subcontractor conform to the applicable documents, Safety regulations, and to the Quality level fixed by the same, in coordination with the other members of Quality/HSE teams
To inform the Site Engineer to make the necessary changes when detects any design errors
To promote the non-conformity draft and informs the Construction Manager, supporting them in the nonconformity resolution

Job Responsibility

Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy LNG systems and processes, including the Project Management System. Engage contractors and applicable third-party organisations with a professional approach and maintain a good working level relationship
Have a knowledge of the front end engineering design (FEED) deliverables and engineering study reports to support the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and associated Procedures
Review the project Scope of work, to determine the nature, extent, and frequency of quality verification activities
