Join Our Dynamic Technical Team at IPL Sittingbourne! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a QA Pre Production to become a vital part of our Technical Team at our Produce facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the quality, labelling & packaging assessments on arrival and prior to production, at intake and during storage
  • The reporting of inspections and escalation of non-conformance in line with procedures and policies
  • Ensure all reports, daily checks and documentation are completed accurately, in a timely manner and non-conformances are reported and actioned on a daily basis
  • Support with collection of shelf-life samples and recorded of results
  • Interact with the sites operations to ensure compliance is being maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within Quality Assurance
  • Relevant experience in fresh produce / food
  • Confident decision maker
  • Basic Food Hygiene
  • Fluent in English, additional other languages are desirable
  • Ability to support, engage and influence stakeholders
  • Able to motivate and inspire team
  • Good organisation and communications skills
