Together with HUGO BOSS, our esteemed business partner, we have embarked on a joint venture and created the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus, dedicated to increasing the data analytics, eCommerce and technology capabilities of the company and boosting digital sales. The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to establishing a holistic quality assurance strategy and policy across several interfaces, together with other QA specialists and QA leads
  • Apply test strategies and practices to elevate the quality of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud back-end integrations and APIs
  • Take on responsibility for the overall test management and testing within an agile team, from test design to execution and reporting
  • Increase testing efficiency through test automation and continuous testing practices, in cooperation with other test automation specialists
  • Support and coordinate development and business teams in their testing efforts
  • Identify risks and interdependencies before releases to minimize the impact on business operations
  • Support Go-Live activities and debug issues in all release stages
  • Review and improve technical and business documentation
  • Guide and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a comparable role
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience as test analyst and test automation engineer
  • Experience testing Ecommerce back-end APIs at the component, integration and system levels
  • Knowledge about REST API standards and best practices
  • Experience using API testing tools such as Postman
  • Understanding of usability and accessibility best practices
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and understanding of the software testing lifecycle
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to overcome challenges with a strategic and positive mindset
  • Strong initiative, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to influence all players towards a quality mindset
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings when required
