Job Responsibility:

  • Develop Cloud-Native/Cloud-Ready Solutions: Collaborate with engineers to build and optimize cloud-native or cloud-ready applications (web applications, data pipelines), primarily using Python (mandatory)
  • Develop and scale databases such as PostgreSQL and BigQuery
  • Design and Deploy Cloud Infrastructure: Architect, implement, and manage secure, scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure using Terraform
  • Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain GitHub workflows for continuous integration and deployment, ensuring smooth and reliable software delivery pipelines
  • Cloud Operations: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources, ensuring performance, cost-effectiveness, and security
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver robust solutions
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Create clear documentation and advocate for best practices in cloud architecture and deployment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in building applications using Python
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and BigQuery respectively
  • Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools
  • Understanding of cloud security and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate and share knowledge
