Job Description:

Responsible for procurement processes, ensuring compliance with standards, management of financial goals, and interaction with internal departments and vendors. Expected to oversee inventory, maintain quality, and support property operations.

Job Responsibility:

Following established procedures in ordering, receiving, storing, distributing and payment of items
formulating an approved vendors list encompassing all categories
managing purchasing operations across departments
interacting with kitchen staff, vendors, and Executive Chef
assisting in maintaining and lowering budgeted food/controllable costs
ensuring inventory is accurately controlled and rotated
complying with sanitation and safety standards
monitoring financial goals and ensuring profitability metrics

Requirements:

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
minimum of 2 years’ experience in Purchasing or a related field
