• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Must have previous management experience
• Excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and make strategic commercial decisions
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
