Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management
Demonstrated expertise in managing air and ocean import logistics, as well as domestic transportation
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in mathematics for cost control and inventory planning
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other relevant systems to support reporting and analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or Economics
Proven ability to work effectively with suppliers and vendors to achieve operational goals
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements for purchasing and logistics
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Responsibility

Manage the sourcing, purchasing, and overall materials management process to ensure timely and efficient operations
Plan and control inventory levels to balance cost efficiency and availability
Coordinate import logistics via air and ocean, as well as domestic transportation, ensuring timely delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and effective communication
Oversee delivery schedules and resolve any logistical issues that arise
Conduct detailed analysis and reporting to support operational decisions and improvements
Ensure compliance with internal systems and industry regulations for purchasing and logistics activities
Provide operational support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain workflows
Monitor costs and negotiate with vendors to achieve favorable terms
Analyze market trends and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement
