Purchasing And Planning Specialist

• Purchasing functions and supplier management including generating RFQs, maintaining vendors, monitoring performance, identifying new opportunities
• planning and scheduling
• inventory control and management
• assisting with process improvement/ MRP planning
• help identify inefficiencies and implement LEAN manufacturing improvements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management
• ability to be hands on and handle all supply chain coordination/functions preferably in a manufacturing environment or relatable field
• excellent communication and technical skills
• proficient in MRP/ERP
• knowledge of supply chain and procurement procedures
• proficient in using MRP ERP System
• excellent negotiation and communication skills
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
