Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Purchasing and Logistics Representative to join our team in Gardena, California. In this role, you will oversee procurement and supply chain activities while ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence. This position requires a strong background in import/export operations, financial analysis, and logistics coordination.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating supplier agreements
  • Oversee import/export operations to ensure compliance with regulations and timely delivery
  • Conduct cost analysis and prepare financial reports to identify areas for optimization
  • Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Coordinate logistics operations to streamline the movement of goods and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in costing, financial analysis, and operational management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
  • Strong background in logistics coordination and supply chain management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective vendor and supplier interactions
  • Ability to manage inventory planning and procurement processes effectively
  • Experience in identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities within operations
