Job Responsibility:

Responsible for sourcing of indirect goods and services across all categories (Real Estate, Marketing, Professional Services and Digital & Tech), following and securing the procurement process in SAP Ariba
Responsible to drive supplier management and supplier performance securing compliance of IWAY and the Code of Conduct
Build and maintain trustful relationships with business owners to align plans and drive supplier performance and results
Responsible for the implementation and communication of the procurement strategy/category plan/strategic direction within the IKEA Korea
Continuously monitor the supplier market and give input to business owners on sourcing options, supplier market, market trends and contribute to the development of the Category Plans

Requirements:

Strong knowledge in sourcing and indirect procurement practices and related processes with preferably 5 years or more of experience in indirect procurement
Good knowledge of industry and market specific conditions
Strong supplier management and supplier development skills
Quick and agile learner, eager to embrace new information and adapt to evolving market trends
Confident and skilled negotiator, capable of building strong relationships and achieving favorable outcomes
Excellent business and financial acumen with strategic mindset allowing to identify opportunities and contribute to achieving business goals
Native in Korean and Fluent in English, both written and spoken
