Job Description:

Receptionist/ Administrator - Public sector client. Join a vital team making a difference in your community. We're looking for an organised and motivated Receptionist/ Administrator to support the work of the Probation Service in Kitts Green, Birmingham. In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, working with sensitive information, supporting staff and people on probation, and maintaining accurate systems and records.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain and update databases and case files
Handle communications via phone, email, and in-person
Provide reception cover and support meetings
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
Support enforcement and safeguarding processes
Uphold confidentiality, equality, and health & safety standards

Requirements:

Must pass security and identity checks

Nice to have:

Flexible, with a willingness to support occasional evening shifts
