Job Description:

Receptionist/ Administrator - Public sector client. Birmingham City Centre | £12.21 per hour | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Join a vital team making a difference in your community. We're looking for an organised and motivated Receptionist/ Administrator to support the work of the Probation Service in Birmingham. In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, working with sensitive information, supporting staff and people on probation, and maintaining accurate systems and records.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and update databases and case files
  • Handle communications via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide reception cover and support meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support enforcement and safeguarding processes
  • Uphold confidentiality, equality, and health & safety standards

Requirements:
