Job Description:

Douglas Scott are currently working with one of the leading M&A teams in London. They are looking for someone with upwards of 3PQE to join their wider corporate team to focus on Public M&A work. In this role you will be working on public takeovers, M&A deals for listed companies and listed company advisory work for clients who operate in a broad range of sectors such as energy/infrastructure, financial services, retail & consumer, healthcare and many more.

Job Responsibility:

Working on public takeovers
M&A deals for listed companies
listed company advisory work

Requirements:

3-7 PQE
UK experience or strong public M&A experience from Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
