Public & Labor Senior Account Manager

• Achieves individual growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels
• Creates collaborative partnerships with sales to develop comprehensive growth strategy
• Executes tactical components of the account teams business plan
• Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems
• Develops and manages service plans in proactive and strategic manner
• Proactively identifies potential service issues and takes steps to resolve them
• Manages integration of clients and Aetna's internal organizations
• Educates customer on Aetna specific policies, product information, and procedures

• Minimum 5 years sales, account management, and/or plan sponsor services experience
• Proven track record of maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service
• Must be detail oriented
• Health insurance industry required
• large group preferred
• Must reside within commutable distance to Miami-Dade
• Must be willing to travel and sit onsite at client location in Miami, 3-4 times weekly
• Must be licensed to sell Life, Health products in the state where you reside
• If not currently licensed, this will be required within 60 days of employment effective date
