Job Description:

Psychology Graduate – Unqualified SEND Teaching Assistant. Opportunity to work in an inclusive school located in Croydon, supporting students with various SEND needs. Gain hands-on experience and collaborate with professionals like therapists, psychologists, and SENCOs.

Job Responsibility:

Working across KS3, KS4 & KS5 closely with class teachers
working closely with knowledgeable therapist, psychologist, and SENCO
working with students with varying SEND needs (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
leading 1:1 and group intervention sessions with students to promote personal and academic growth

Requirements:

Hold a 1st or 2:1 in Psychology
be a driven and hard-working individual who can work well within a team
maintain a calm, understanding and thoughtful approach when working with students
previous experience working alongside SEND is desirable
