You will provide expert financial guidance, focusing on protection and holistic financial planning, while building long-term relationships with clients. This role offers a clear and structured pathway into wealth management, providing ongoing support, training, and development to help you build a long-term, successful career in financial advice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide tailored protection advice, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection, ensuring clients have the right level of financial security
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding discussions to understand clients’ circumstances, goals, and potential vulnerabilities, aligning recommendations with their needs
  • Research and compare protection products from a comprehensive range of providers, ensuring competitive and high-quality solutions
  • Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions, empowering clients to make well-informed financial decisions with confidence
  • Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and internal company standards, delivering advice with integrity and professionalism
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, insurer criteria changes, and product innovations to offer the most relevant and effective protection strategies

Requirements:

  • Sales background – Experience in a target-driven environment
  • Qualifications – A minimum of R01 and R05 completed, with at least part qualification towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Protection experience – Some knowledge and experience in protection products, including life insurance, critical illness, and income protection
  • Career ambition – A strong desire to progress into wealth management and grow within the industry
  • Self-motivation – A clear internal drive and determination to succeed
