Job Description:

Assist in the assembly and testing of spacecraft propulsion subsystems. This role requires the ability to work second shift.

Job Responsibility:

  • Weld, assemble, install, test, route/terminate/stake/wrap thermistors, heaters, non‐flight thermocouples and heaters on spacecraft assemblies by interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications, and written assembly, integration, and test procedures
  • Checkout and inspect propulsion assemblies to drawings, engineering specifications, and written assembly, and test procedures
  • Capable of operating a wide range of tools
  • Interfaces and/or works closely with Design and Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Procurement and Shipping personnel on procedural issues
  • Travel maybe required to support operations identified by program being supported
  • Support in areas defined by Millennium Space Systems Leadership as business needs require
  • Other duties as assigned
