Job Description:

Entry-level position contributing general knowledge and skill in technology to provide first- and some second-level support and break-fix. Works under supervision and within well-established guidelines to complete routine tasks. Responsible for performing repairs, installations, and maintenance of all property-based systems at Sheraton Zhenjiang Hotel.

Job Responsibility:

Provide first- and some second-level support and break-fix
Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance of all property-based systems
Ensure property compliance with Marriott International Policy and Information Security Manual
Conduct periodic inventories of applications and hardware
Ensure technology assets are secured
Provide exceptional customer service
Install, monitor, and maintain telecommunications equipment including cabling
Troubleshoot high-speed Internet access problems
Image desktops, install new software applications, apply patches
Perform routine desktop backup
Assist with setup or reset of security passwords
Support email and use of MI network
Assist in creating and maintaining secure server environment
Perform server backups and routine preventative maintenance
Execute disaster recovery plan

Requirements:

College degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years experience in similar position
Knowledge of sophisticated technology equipment/processes and Marriott proprietary systems
System-related professional certifications desired
Previous experience in IR Global Field Services or Marriott Systems Support desirable
