Job Responsibility:

Be the friendly first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Coordinate and schedule appointments aligning to client needs
Send relevant documentation and reminders to clients
Maintain clear and professional communication regarding services, pricing, and timelines
Efficiently handle cancellations, reschedules, and last-minute changes
Accurately input requests and client details onto the internal systems
Upload and organise essential documents and reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR regulations in all data entry tasks
Send finalised reports to clients

Requirements:

Experienced in customer-facing or administrative roles
A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A multitasker who can prioritise effectively in a busy environment
