Job Responsibility:
Produce management packs for solicitors acting on behalf of buyers
Communicate with solicitors and conveyancers providing accurate information to help with the progression of the sale/purchase of the property
Help with maintaining and updating internal systems
Work closely with clients' legal teams to provide details and relevant information
Work within the centralised system, helping with managing and organising documents
Perform general administrative tasks for the department
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to inquiries
Work closely with other departments such as finance, property management, and credit control
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
