Job Description:

A well-regarded law firm based across Camden and Hampstead is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5-10 years’ PQE to join its expanding and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and award-winning environment. Job Responsibility:

Commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, such as rent arrears, possession claims, and forfeiture
Rights of way, easements, and restrictive covenant enforcement
Party Wall disputes
Beneficial interest matters

Requirements:

5-10 years of post-qualified experience in property litigation
A solid understanding of both residential and commercial property dispute resolution
Excellent communication and client-care skills
Experience in business development or willingness to contribute to team growth
Relevant legal qualifications (Solicitor or equivalent)

Exposure to construction-related disputes
