Job Description:

A highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a confident, diligent, and self-motivated Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its growing Property Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in secured lending and real estate finance to work on high-quality matters within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

Acting primarily on behalf of banks and short-term lenders
Handling both dual and separate representation matters
Managing a wide range of property finance and bridging loan transactions

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years PQE (applications from more experienced candidates are also welcomed)
Solid experience in commercial and residential property, with a focus on secured lending and bridging finance
Strong technical knowledge of property finance transactions
Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
Demonstrable interest and ability in business development
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Prior experience with bridging finance is highly advantageous
