• manage a busy caseload of complex property finance matters
• conduct due diligence
• review titles and legal documents
• identify risks
• provide high-quality advice to clients
• draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, facility agreements, security documents and related contracts
• ensure transactions comply with regulatory requirements and best practice
• build strong client relationships
• handle multiple transactions simultaneously
• meet deadlines and service level agreements
• work as part of a collaborative team

• 12 months’ experience in a commercial property department
• good technical and procedural knowledge
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• attention to detail
• polished telephone manner
• ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
