Job Responsibility:
Make minimum of 150 calls to existing database
Build robust pipeline of future business for yourself and your branch
Expand local market share by building new relationships with potential vendors and landlords
Promote Johns&Co and explain benefits of choosing us as their agent
Proactively generate new data targeting properties entering or already present in market with other agents
Utilise resources such as land registry, social media platforms like LinkedIn, and targeted marketing methods
Consistently prospect for new leads, actively expanding client database
Requirements:
Keen interest in developing expertise and advancing career
Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges
Highly motivated with desire to continuously exceed expectations
Can reliably commute to SE11 5JH five days a week
Genuine interest in the property market and eager to build a career in Estate Agency
