Our client is looking for a Property Administrator. Small property firm in the city centre. The company is a small-sized organisation operating within the business services industry. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the property team, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with contractors and tenants
Assist in preparing property reports and documentation as required
Respond promptly to tenant queries and manage communication effectively
Maintain and update property databases and filing systems
Support the team in property inspections and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in property administration or a related field
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements
