Job Responsibility:
Analyse and evaluate existing projects
Understanding value creation around project delivery
Setting up key KPI metrics to measure project delivery and value creation
Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
Understand current state systems/processes and able to define future state
Analyse and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Support the design and implementation of innovative IT solutions
Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in business analysis within the financial services industry or professional services
Experience with delivering transformation or integration projects
Strong understanding of project delivery methodology
Experience with deriving continuous improvements from projects
Experience with measuring project value and defining benefits creation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of IT systems and their application within the financial services sector
