Job Description:

The Third-Party Management Program Execution provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance oversight to businesses across Citi. The Project Specialist 2 will execute day-to-day activities in support of Citi’s Third-Party Management Program, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Job Responsibility:

Learn in detail about Third Party Lifecycle Management, Regulatory guidelines Contract Terms & conditions, Information Security, Regulations (OCC, GDPR, Data Privacy Laws, and Country specific Local Laws etc.)
Providing process guidance and support to Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and other business stakeholders
Work with seniors in coordinating with various Policy Owners in areas such as Data Privacy, Export Licensing, Information Security and Continuity of Business (CoB)
Act as Level 1 Reviewer in the team
Participate in team meetings to understand documentation of Third-Party management processes and ensure risks and control points are properly addressed
Ensure SLAs are met with high accuracy
Assist seniors in data and information reporting
Verify third-party compliance with Citi’s policies
Contribute to productivity enhancement through process reengineering
Initiate process changes for emerging risks and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of working experience in financial services / Banking industry
Preferred 1+ years of direct, relevant experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Proficiency in MS Office applications

Nice to have:

Direct experience in third-party risk management
Operational risk management experience
