The Project Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role that integrates industry expertise to contribute to objectives of the function. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are required. Responsibilities include managing projects, processes, policies, procedures, stakeholder relationships, and regulatory adherence. The role involves significant coordination and impact, acting as SME and point of contact within specialized teams.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinates and disseminates information of process, policy and procedure changes
ensures creation of project plan and related documentation
ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment
executes change control throughout the project
identifies project dependencies
identifies key stakeholders for scope definition
escalates project risks and issues to management
tracks actual project costs and identifies variances
measures project management performance
ensures appropriate project staffing levels
establishes project communication needs and creates project communication plan
performs root cause analysis and implements action plans
supports regulatory changes/updates to ensure timely delivery of guidelines
facilitates transitions to minimize operations impact
acts as liaison for accurate client communication
manages business and regional projects with focus on development and change management
investigates product, policy, and procedure issues
reviews processes, policies, and procedures to identify gaps
provides feedback to leadership regarding risks
drafts and communicates staff briefs
monitors SLAs affecting project service delivery
conducts research on tools to improve communication
operates with limited supervision
assesses risks in business decisions
drives compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
8-12 years of related relevant experience
demonstrate strong business knowledge including the understanding of core businesses, supporting processes and operations
outstanding problem-solver, should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
certifications preferred in Project Management or Business Analysis
working experience on Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
past experience as a Business Analyst - cum - Project Manager role (BA-PM)
hands-on experience of writing Business Requirements (BRD), workflows, flowcharts and preparing project plan (project schedule, RAID Log, stakeholder management, decision log etc.)
