A forward-thinking, family-feel Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Fitzrovia office. This is a standout opportunity to work on high-end residential, commercial, and leisure schemes (£1m-£40m), with fast-track progression to Senior, Associate and beyond – backed by excellent mentorship and a clear career plan.

Job Responsibility:

Work on high-end residential, commercial, and leisure schemes (£1m-£40m)
Manage projects independently
Collaborate with a dynamic, medium-sized firm operating nationwide

Requirements:

A degree (BSc or MSc) in Quantity Surveying or a related field
MRICS or currently working towards
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS/Consultancy firm
Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
Ability to manage projects independently
A team player with excellent communication skills
