Job Description:

A globally recognised, independent Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham office and step into a high-impact role with clear progression to Senior. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of complex, high-value projects across healthcare, hotel, residential, and commercial sectors – from ground-up builds to intricate refurbishments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead full project lifecycles
Report to a Senior QS
Mentor Assistant QSs
Client interaction
Shape outcomes on high-profile schemes

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
4+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy environment
MRICS or actively working towards
Varied project / sector experience is beneficial
Strong pre & post contract experience
