Job Description:

An ambitious and forward-thinking multidisciplinary design & construction consultancy is seeking a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Coventry office. This role involves delivering high-profile projects across sectors such as healthcare, residential, commercial offices, and more. Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide variety of high-profile projects across multiple sectors
Full exposure to the project lifecycle
Direct client interaction
Hands-on involvement in Contract Administration and Employers Agent services

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a Consultancy / PQS firm
MRICS is highly desirable (or currently working towards)
Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion

Nice to have:
