Job Description:

Dalkia Scotland is seeking an experienced Project QSHE Advisor to support our projects and uphold the highest standards in Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE). You will champion a positive QSHE culture, providing guidance, advice, and solutions to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performing project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advise project management on QSHE best practices, hazard identification, and risk mitigation
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of QSHE procedures, including risk assessments and PTWs
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, recommending preventive measures
  • Monitor, report, and improve operational QSHE performance
  • Identify and deliver QSHE training, inductions, and toolbox talks
  • Maintain up-to-date QSHE systems and ensure compliance with legislation
  • Flexibility to cover project shift patterns, including weekends

Requirements:

  • Experienced QSHE professional with CSCS card
  • NEBOSH National Certificate or equivalent
  • Strong technical knowledge of Health & Safety and HSEQ management systems
  • Understanding of UK HSEQ legislation
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice to have:

  • IOSH/CMIOSH qualifications
  • Experience in training design and delivery
  • Quality and Environment management experience
