Enables Business Transformation and MMS Solution Deployment & Services (SDS) organization to deliver outcomes across MMS US Region; Utilizes change management and corporate communications best practices and methodologies; Reports to the Senior Manager of Operations Strategy, Business Transformation
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage change management strategy planning and execution
Create and maintain messaging and presentations for transformation initiatives
Shape and lead networks of change champions
Define and evaluate success metrics
Establish rapport with stakeholders and adapt to changing environments
Serve as an experienced change agent to influence and build consensus
Develop and implement communication strategies aligning with organizational goals
Create engaging content for internal audiences
Convert strategic plans into actionable outcomes
Communicate complex topics effectively to all stakeholders
Influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships
Deliver executive-level updates, reviews, and impact analyses
Complete internal company documentation and required training
Mentor others on best practices
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
7+ years of relevant experience in delivering comprehensive change management strategy for complex cross-functional initiatives
7-10 years in business transformations, enterprise change management, strategy, corporate communications, or management consulting
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
MBA desirable
Change Management certifications highly desirable
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Strong MS Office skills, particularly advanced PowerPoint
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen and organizational political intelligence
Strong project/program management skills
Ability to simplify complexity and anticipate problems
Strategic thinking and problem analysis skills
Highly organized with an ownership mentality

Experience in customer support and professional services functions is a plus
