Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects in a dynamic environment. This is a long-term, fully remote contract position offering the opportunity to lead teams and drive projects to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and efficient execution
Establish clear deadlines and assign responsibilities to team members
Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status to senior management
Ensure adherence to established procedures and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
Foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards across deliverables
Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve project outcomes
Direct and oversee the work of team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Apply industry knowledge and experience to develop strategies that enhance project success

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
4-7 years of proven experience in project or program management
Strong familiarity with industry practices, concepts, and procedures
Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish goals while managing multiple tasks
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and direct teams effectively
Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and communicating progress
Creative and strategic thinking to address challenges and drive innovation
Experience with quality assurance management and maintaining high standards
